Your Solution: I developed a comprehensive strategy to prove the cost-effectiveness of acquiring licenses through a Microsoft Partner, demonstrating how this approach would provide superior services compared to their previous solution. This involved detailed cost analysis and feature comparison.

The Results/Impact: The client successfully migrated to Microsoft 365, gaining a true enterprise solution. They now leverage Microsoft Teams for seamless company-wide communication, store and collaborate on documents in real-time using SharePoint and OneDrive, and benefit from enhanced data loss prevention (DLP) with Purview. This transition has significantly improved communication and productivity across the organization.

The Challenge: During the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the client faced the urgent need to enable their entire workforce to work remotely. This required securely shipping devices to end users' homes and ensuring they could be set up and managed effectively off-site.

Your Solution: I proposed and implemented a solution leveraging Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM). Devices were enrolled in Intune, and Autopilot was configured to allow users to set up their devices simply by entering their credentials, streamlining the remote deployment process.

The Results/Impact: This solution enabled the client to successfully transition to a remote work model, ensuring business continuity. They gained full control over company devices, and employees had the necessary tools to perform their work efficiently from home. This robust solution remains in use today, providing ongoing secure and managed remote access.

Help Desk Copilot Agent

The Challenge: The client's help desk was overwhelmed with a high volume of calls for easily resolvable issues, such as password reset requests, leading to inefficiencies and delayed support for more complex problems.

Your Solution: I designed and developed a custom Copilot Agent (chatbot) capable of responding to common IT questions. This agent provides step-by-step instructions on how to resolve frequent issues, empowering employees to find solutions independently.

The Results/Impact: The implementation of the Copilot Agent has significantly reduced the number of calls to the help desk, freeing up IT staff to focus on more critical issues. Employees now have immediate access to solutions for common problems, improving overall efficiency and user satisfaction.
